Great designers don’t grow on trees. If they did, we would really love to have one of those trees. So attracting the great designers out there means offering them something different. Our novel idea? Make them part of the creative department and part of the client team. As crazy as it sounds, we’ve all been at agencies where designers and other creatives don’t actually talk to each other (if they even know each other at all). And we think that’s just bananas. After all, design leaves a fingerprint on every piece of collateral we make for you. And we think integrating design into the DNA of the creative department is the best way to make sure that fingerprint turns into something beautiful. Every time.
